Capsule Gauges – Built to Order

Available in 63mm, 100mm and 160mm diameters with 304 stainless steel case and either brass or 316L stainless steel internals and wetted parts.
 
Any vacuum, pressure (2.5 millibar to 800 millibar) or compound (vacuum and pressure combined) range can be supplied.
 
Dials are available single or dual scale in a wide variety of standard units (mbar, in H²O etc.) alternatively, special dials can be provided to customer requirements.
 
Bottom or back connection can be specified with a large number of thread options.
 
Mounting can be either direct, surface with 3 hole back flange or panel mounted with bracket or 3 hole front flange. 
 
Standard accuracy is Class 1.6 (±1.6% full range) but Class 1 (±1.0% full range) is optional.
 
These gauges are designed for applications and use according to European Standard EN837-1.

For the measurement of gases only at low pressure or vacuum that are not 

• Highly viscous 
• High temperature (over 60°C) or likely to solidify/crystallize. 

Capsule gauges utilise a sensitive bellows element rather than a standard bourdon tube element enabling them to measure accurately at very low pressure or vacuum operating levels.These gauges are designed for applications and use according to European Standard EN837-1.
